From the design put together, a cost will be calculated so you know what it will take to build your home. We keep an open line of communication between our team and our customers to ensure that you are getting the home you want.

With the help of an architect and/or engineer (as required by the State of Indiana for a design release), our team will work to get the parameters of the specifications needed. Then, we will discuss budget with the client so we know what size and specs we should and could (or couldn’t) design into the project.

We guide you through the entire process of designing and building your dream home. Once you have a basic idea in mind, you will meet our team at the office to describe what kind of house you want. We’ll start with the basics – the look of the homes you like, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms you want, how many floors, etc. After the initial consultation, we will design your home using our Chief Architect design software.
